I am waiting for purchased Electronic Tickets

We email electronic tickets every business hour, as soon as your reservation is ticketed. We typically process imminent departure reservations quicker than non urgent requests.

 

Note that third party payments where the Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code password was not submitted might be subject to a slight ticketing delay due to additional credit card payment verification procedure. Typically, we request faxed or emailed credit card copies and the last credit card billing statement to be submitted to us before we process your payment and tickets.

 

Please allow up to 24 business hours for your ticket to be issued before you contact us for assistance, unless you have a last minute departure.

 

If ticketing exceeded the 24 hour deadline or you have an imminent departure please use the Ask a Question form located on the Customer Service page and select the Urgent Purchased Reservation Assistance category. Our agents will respond within one business hour to all urgent requests.
